Please note, that any shipping costs for returns will need to be covered by the customer. Resolutions are typically processed within 15 business days once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility.

Additionally, if a parcel is refused or the customer is unavailable for delivery, it will be returned to our warehouse. You can request the order to be reshipped, but you will need to pay the shipping charges for resending the package.
